To give some examples, the beds are old, creak, and make noise; the dishwasher is in the hallway (which is absurd); the kitchen equipment is very limited if you want to cook (missing dishes, basic cooking utensils, etc.); there is no water pressure in the main bathroom, there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms, and it's impossible to turn on the air conditioning and dishwasher at the same time because the power goes out. The water has been cut off, the barbecue is disgusting (and only two burners work), there's a constant smell of rotten eggs, etc. In short, it needs an update or a more reasonable price."
