A well-equipped villa with clean rooms, good air conditioning, and a beautifully maintained pool — a positive stay we’d Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. From the very beginning, the guidance provided for access codes and advice on nearby supermarkets was very thoughtful. As regular visitors to the area, we already know our way around, but it was still a kind and considerate touch that we truly appreciated. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with all the appliances we needed for quick meals. The air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay especially comfortable. Some fittings show their age, which is typical for villas of this kind, so don’t expect perfection — but overall, everything is in genuinely good condition. The pool was beautifully maintained and always ready for us, and we also greatly appreciated the lovely welcome pack provided for our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are already looking forward to returning. Negative: As a small suggestion, from a design perspective, I’d recommend updating the bath tub panelling. The current wooden panels have some gaps where water could get in, and the top panel tends to collect water, which may cause long-term maintenance issues. A simple re-fit would really enhance both the look and durability of the bathroom.

Positive: La piscina, el lugar y las vistas y el personal que nos atendió, Félix, encantador. Negative: La casa era muy vieja por dentro, el mobiliario estaba dañado, muchas cosas se rompían, los muebles parecían de los años 90, los baños igual, la taza del váter rota, la cortina del baño daba asco, los colchones muy incómodos, la casa llena de hormigas etc. no estaba a la altura del precio que pagamos ni mucho menos

Great location for a quiet stay. Positive: Pool was very clean and the view was excellent. Felix was very helpful! Negative: I knew this before booking so wasn't a problem but the supermarkets are all a drive away, even those in Son Bou so a car is required.

Aunque no nos encantó lo de los baños repetiríamos ya que hagan la reforma. Positive: Las vistas, la privacidad y tamaño de la casa. La amabilidad de Félix. Negative: Se veía un poco antigua, en especial los baños ( las duchas).

Positive: Casa molto comoda, provvista di tutto il necessario. Vicina ad una delle spiagge più belle di Minorca. La piscina è il plus della casa! Il ragazzo che ci ha supportati durante il nostro soggiorno, Felix, è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha dato molti suggerimenti sui luoghi e i ristoranti da frequentare oltre a dei pratici consigli sui supermercati della zona. Inoltre molto gentilmente ha lasciato dei giochi per il mare per i bambini. Consiglio questa struttura per chi come noi vuole godere di una vacanza rilassante, lontano dal casino.
