Villa Calma un cadeau pour vos yeux

Really fabulous stay at Villa Calma! Lovely villa and view, and we had a wonderful time. When we first arrived the hob and oven weren't working, but this was fixed within 24 hours. Irene was was an amazing host, and very responsive. Our kids had a great time in the pool, and Son Bou was a great base from which to explore the island. We loved hiking on the Cami de Cavalls, and the beaches along the west cost were gorgeous.

An extremely nice villa with all of the items that you would need for a relaxed stay. Comfortable seats both inside and outside and good sun loungers and a parasol. Great pool with great views. Good amenities with dishwasher and washing machine. Quiet area but only 15 minutes walk to the centre. Fantastic views and very relaxing. I took Mum there who is in her 80’s and the steps to the villa and some in it were hard for her but she managed but I would not recommend for someone with serious mobility issues - especially for the steps from the road to the front door. Also I suggest that a Smart TV would be a good investment for the owners but we had a great time and the people involved were most helpful and non- intrusive. Would recommend highly - no issues with parking right by the villa at all times and check in and very good feedback regarding any issues or questions - not that there were many. Good location - go there and have fun!!

Ruhig gelegenes Haus am Hang mit privatem Garten in angenehmer Wohngegend. Es war etwas weiter vom Meer entfernt, als wir von den Fotos her dachten, aber der Strand war gut erreichbar und wunderschön mit kleinen Dünen und Strandgras. Auch Ende Oktober konnte man noch gut baden. Das Haus war sauber, und gut ausgestattet. Ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk mit Lebensmitteln hat uns erwartet. Die vorbereiteten Laken waren uns zum Zudecken zu wenig nachts, in den Schränken waren aber Wolldecken zu finden. Die Betten waren bequem. Ein kleines sanitäres Problem wurde nach Anfrage sofort erledigt und auch hier kam als Entschädigung eine Aufmerksamkeit. Aussicht fantastisch ! Kleiner Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, ein sehr großer ca 20 Minuten entfernt. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Restaurants gab es nicht so große Auswahl bzw ein Teil war schon saisonal geschlossen. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Lage war ideal mitten in der Insel, alles gut zu erreichen.

Positive: The villa is well equipped and spacious. The view is amazing. The pool is great. We were surprised at how quiet it was.
