VILLA San Cristobal MINORCA 500 metri dalla spiaggia

Bien Positive: L’hébergement était bien équipé et calme. La piscine était top. Negative: Nous avons été surpris de la méthode pour obtenir la caution. On nous a demandé de choisir entre trois options (58e sans faire virer la caution/ payer 28e + 900 de caution ou faire un virement de 900) quelque jours avant notre arrivée. De notre temps, avec toutes les arnaques, ça paraît compliqué de faire un virement sur un compte bancaire à des inconnus. Du coup on s’est senti obligé de payer les 58 € en plus de la réservation pour éviter de faire un virement de 900. Sans ce paiement, ce n’était pas possible de récupérer les clés. On s’est senti pris en otage ! Ce n’est pas une méthode très rassurante et commerciale.

This was a really nice property in a good location within a 10 minute walk to the beach and local supermarket and restaurant and about a 45 minute walk to Binibeca Vell. There were a couple of things that could have been a little better to make it a 5 star review such as the kitchen equipment making it a little difficult to cook at the villa and also the sun loungers were very tired and uncomfortable. Having said that, the host was absolutely amazing and brought over some cushion covers within a day of mentioning it to them. Overall it was really good with a couple of minor improvements here and there.

The villa is a dump and in need o total renovation Positive: The location is wonderful and the village quaint with great restaurants and beach side bar. We loved the area Negative: Where to start! The pool hadn’t been cleaned and the tiles were very slippery. We couldn’t use the pool until day 4 when it was cleaned The villa is in a good location but so unloved. Old discarded furniture left in the garden and the majority of the furniture in the house was ready for the bin!! The beds were shocking with one collapsing and 2 mattresses were so poor it was more comfortable lying on the floor The 2 bathrooms were tatty and in need of total renovation
