Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Apartamento by 3Villas in Son Bou, Menorca. The location is absolutely fantastic. The apartments are situated on the highest part of the area, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Son Bou, the sea, and the beautiful villas nearby. The sunsets from the terrace are simply unforgettable. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the entire property is exceptionally well maintained. The gardens are full of beautiful flowers and greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool is another highlight, with an amazing sea view that makes it a perfect place to relax. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. They proactively checked whether everything was fine, offered helpful local recommendations, and were always available to answer questions. During our stay, my wife became ill, and they immediately recommended the nearest medical facility. When I mentioned that we had gone to a different hospital, they even explained how the insurance system worked and warned us about possible costs if we didn’t have the appropriate coverage. This kind of thoughtful assistance really made a difference. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility with our late check-out. Our son was still sleeping when it was time to leave, and instead of rushing us, they showed understanding and kindness, simply asking us to finish packing as soon as possible because the next guests would soon be arriving. Small gestures like these show genuine care for guests and make the experience truly special. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Menorca and would be very happy to stay here again.

Positive: Apartament ben equipat amb molt bones vistes. Piscina comunitària amb molt poca o ninguna gent (Juliol). Bona atenció per part den Félix. Negative: Es poden millorar la qualitat de les olles i sartens, per dir qualque cosa.

Magnifique séjour à Minorque dans cet endroit merveilleux. Positive: L appartement en lui même. La vue le calme L emplacement idéal pour tout déplacement dans l île Les indications très précises de la part de Félix pour une arrivée de nuit.

Erholung pur! Positive: Die Ruhe und die Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Meerblick haben uns jeden Tag erneut begeistert. Die Wohnung ist schön möbliert, sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Da wir in der Vorsaison dort waren, waren nur wenige umliegende Häuser bewohnt, es war insgesamt sehr ruhig, der Verkehr in der Straße war gering und es gab viele freie Parkplätze. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da der Hang ziemlich steil ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön, allerdings ist dieser zwei Häuser nebenan (auf den Fotos wirkte es für uns so, als läge er direkt unterhalb des Apartments) und wird mit anderen geteilt. Es gibt keine Liegestühle oder Rasenflächen, daher empfiehlt es sich, die Liegestühle vom Apartment mitzunehmen. Die sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Begleitung durch das 3villas-Team vor und während des Aufenthalts haben wir sehr geschätzt. Negative: Es wäre toll, wenn die Küche mit den Basics wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig ausgestattet wäre. Und ein zweiter Schlüssel für die Wohnung wäre auch praktisch gewesen. Das ist jedoch "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau :-)
